can you clarify on what you mean by above and below?
he means in the boards listing, for example, the C++ board is 'above' the C board.

IMHO, this should be in between the FAQ and the GD board... (Then again, this is ygf's board, and not mine, so I think I'll keep hands off on it)
I also think that we should put some divisions in between the programming boards, like they have at flashdaddee - Being faced with as many boards as we have is kinda daunting.
Programming:
C, C++, Windows, DOS, Linux, Games
General:
GD, Contests, Prognography, whatever
Other:
FAQ
Mods:
Mod, DPA
That's probably not the best way to divide it, but it's jsut what came out right now.
