Perhaps you will change your view when you have to work with someone who scammed their qualification only for you to realise they can't find their own ass in the dark. Yes, I've met a few, and they're black holes in the productivity of the team.
If they can't do the course (for whatever reason), the quicker they get off the course, the better it will be for everyone involved.
