Im restricted to the guidelines of the assignment handed to me by the teacher. And he requires us to use the ClearBuffer function. I just can't display the highest paid employee. thats my only hangup right now.

i should also mention that the assignment required these functions in a custom header file. Otherwise i would of just included it at the end of the employee.c file as protocol functions.
