I have two questions about it.
1. What's it good for? It's just a very restricted char right? Wouldn't it be better to just use a char then? I can't find any situation it would be necessary to use bool instead of something else.
2. What's the difference between these types?:
bool
_bool
BOOL
Bool
For clarification. If you're looking through source code and you see something defined as _Bool, then it gives you a strong clue as to how the variable is used.
If you understand what you're doing, you're not learning anything.
it's for true or false values. technically it might be a char. i'm not sure though. but it's most likely an int. of course, char is also and int.
but the only values it holds are true or false. more accurately, 1 or 0 respectively.
