i already had "microsoft visual studio" once that worked, but now when i try to install it says: "Setup is unable to open the data file ACMSETUP.STF.
so i downloaded other 3 versions from diffrent places and i have the same message. what does it meansand how do i fix it?

VC++ isn't available for download - not legally at least.
