    What is a .bmp file ?
    What is the format of a .bmp file?
    And How do we use the .bmp file in Turbo C.

    You can find the specifics of the .bmp file format at wotsit. bmp is the 12th one down the list. For Turbo C I think the programming FAQ on this site gives good code here.
