well, windows owns a gui, that's why it's called the "bigest graphic adventure" on the market.
if you're interested in windowsprogramming read petzolds windows programming book or ask google.
of course there a other gui's (you can find out if it's a gui if it doesn't look like test-only. often there are also windows and dialog boxes.....)
