You should approach your instructor to ask for more time because you have too many exams, and maybe they might look at the situation and decide that yes, despite doing your best what they're asking for is unreasonable in the time frame... or they might decide that you should have started working on your assignment earlier, so no time extension is warranted.
Either way, it is not acceptable to cheat.
