    My I recommend either:

    MinGW 32 or 64 bit
    MinGW-w64 - for 32 and 64 bit Windows download | SourceForge.net

    Cygwin
    Cygwin

    Both use gcc.

    Guys thank you, for all of your helpful comments they gave me the passion for learning C better. Now I'm trying to learn functions to solve this question.When I'm done learning functions I'll be back, with the answer I hope.
