why the eclipse do that? it happened to me 3 times this day and everytime i have to open a new project. delete the old one and only then it stop writing it for few hours.

If you are on Windows OS (and judging by the picture that would be a reasonable assumption), try running Eclipse as administrator.

It is possible that the program is still running, which would prevent you from overwriting it. Check the task manager to be sure that message.exe is not running.
