All of the C functions

I know that the main site has a list of some functions but not very many. Does anyone know a place that has just about every function for every header file (common) and an example/definition of the function? Like the one on the main board except more functions.

If the reader is part of the site staff consider this a suggestion or opinion also.

I use google, it works sorta well, but there is no real search engine for C or C++

(I can't wait to be proven wrong!)
