You're going to need to be more specific than that, Emma.

C programming is a fairly large topic.

If you need help learning, there is plenty of teaching material around - including on this site. You might try buying relevant textbooks, talking with a teacher.

These forums are about helping people who are learning, but have encountered specific problems (other than homework). If you've tried to do something, got a result you don't understand then the normal approach is to post a description of your problem, preferably accompanied by a SMALL sample of code that illustrates it. However, this is not a "do your homework for free" site (in fact, doing homework here is against site policy, unless you have a specific problem that is not the bulk of your homework exercise). And bear in mind that people who help here are volunteers who help out when and if they choose (if they can).

If you are seeking to PAY someone for help, there is a forum here to offer jobs.
Right 98% of the time, and don't care about the other 3%.

If I seem grumpy or unhelpful in reply to you, or tell you you need to demonstrate more effort before you can expect help, it is likely you deserve it. Suck it up, Buttercup, and read this, this, and this before posting again.

If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

Am I, the only one who rearranged this sentence into, "A Sap needs help with C Programming"?
