Hello, all I am new to this forum and I would like to ask that what is the scope of c programming, what all topics should be covered and it is kinda bothering me … and has anyone studied from this course Learn How to Program in C Language: Online Course of c programming language online ?? or tell me any other guidance...

My opinion: the best way to learn C programming or any other programming language - have a course that lets you write programs in a way that supports you if you get stuck. I can't speak to online courses. The way normal courses work, you follow a book and then you work problems from the book or elsewhere and turn them in for a grade. For learning on your own, you can basically do the same thing with the help of books and a forum:
- choose problems that you find interesting. I think its better to skip a few problems (but not all!) in the interest of getting through the material
- if you get stuck, try to research your problem and see if you can figure it out
- if not, you can post your question here or somewhere else and get an answer
If online courses help you then by all means, maybe the instructor can give you that "personal touch" that you need. But forums are also pretty good at getting you out of a difficult spot if you are primarily working on your own and get stuck

If the quality of the tests is a reflection of the teaching, I'd say save yourself $200 by going somewhere else.
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
