    real-mode c compiler

    i got this old (1995) game programming book. it works mostly in vga and uses many dos tricks. my question: is there a free real-mode compiler? djgpp and the free borland one aren't, i don't think.

    nevermind, found one from the borland web site. thanks to the ~5 people who glanced at this post

    back again, the compiler i picked up (borland turbo 2.01) is too old. any other suggestions?
