    sir please tell me what is c0s.obj file?is it contains the main declaration

    Well whatever it is, you need to tell us which OS/Compiler you're using.

    But I'm going to hazard a guess that you're a TurboC user, and that this is the C runtime library (for small model programs) which is responsible for CALLING main in the first place.

    I might add that unless your real operating system is DOS, then using TurboC is a complete waste of your time.
    If you're using XP/Vista/Win7/Win8, then get a better compiler!
    If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
    If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

    sir i am using turboc++ compiler with XP operating system
    cos.obj is a runtime library please explain?
    which compiler should i use?
