It always struck me that downloading megabytes of poor quality video you can't even copy a program from is a poor substitute for kilobytes of crisp clear text you can copy directly to your source code to try yourself.

Have you tried YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. I hear it's the place to find video on pretty much any subject you like.
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

Be fairly warned, "YouTube" also has no standards of education so any moronic newbie will happily tell you they know what they are doing in their videos despite evidence to the contrary.

    Some videos are great, though.
I'm learning a lot from the MIT OCW videos (Intro to Computer Science and Programming and the one on Linear Algebra) and Stanford's "Programming Abstractions".

While I don't doubt there's some good programming videos out there, I'm sure they're buried beneath the plethora of videos from those who are not qualified to be teaching programming at all (such as this gem).

Those with little or no experience don't have the knowledge to discern which videos contain correct information - to me, this is where the danger lies.
