    .dat protection

Hello. I want to write a program with different people data in different .dat files and those files should be protected by password so other people couldn't access. I want to ask what is the best way to do it. I Think I could create file with passwords for different files. But maybe some of you knows better ways?

If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
