EDIT: I forgot to answer your first question:
1) Yes. You want a magic bullet solution that requires zero effort. You ignore us when we tell you there isn't one, then you ask us for more help and don't like our answers that suggest you have to put in effort.
2) I, for one, am done. STFW.

I'm betting you don't... I'm thinking you just don't want to. In the time you've been here blubbering about how dull you are, you could have very easily gone to Pelles site, downloaded the package, installed it and opened the help file to the "Your first project" tutorial and been on your way.
You don't learn more slowly... you just don't want to make the effort.
Am I getting upset... Nope... I just calls 'em as I sees 'em...
Yes there is a truly excellent primer for Pelles C... It's right there in the help file.2.) Are there any such books, or tutorials on using Pelles C? I know C Primer Plus would be for the C language, and not for any compilers. Am I right, or wrong?
And if you're looking for documentation on C-99 libraries....
I have never understood this morbid fear people have of help files... There is an amazing amount of useful information in them and people just totally ignore them. I have a software package out on Freeware that includes a complete tutorial on setting it up and using it as well as setting up a home network for multimedia file sharing... the most common inquiry I get is actually answered on the *opening screen* of the help file... "What does it do?"
Oh well... "stupid is as stupid does", I guess.

I think this has wandered far enough off-topic now.
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
