Do it the smart way...
Get a book on C... ANY book on C... open to page 1... start reading... type up the examples, play with the code... review as necessary... then move to the next page... Continue this process until you reach the last page... Then the real fun begins... start working projects, writing and debugging code, until you get good at it...
There are no shortcuts... just do the work.

In fact the reason I did not recommend those very resources to you was that he already had!
The answer was as good as the question. Programming is about problem solving, plain and simple. If you have been here for 17 posts and still haven't found the tutorials or the big sticky on the top of this forum, then you have some issues with problem solving or you are too lazy to do anything for yourself. Either way, I stand by my original comment.
In the future you may want to Ask a smart question.
