full size of the window, full screen mode

    Hi.

I use Microsoft Windows 7, 64 bit. My compiler is Dev.

When I write a program, that only prints results in text mode, and compile it and run it, I cannot increase the size of the window, so that if will be "full screen". Not even Alt+enter works.

    How can I achieve that?

    Thank you.

While you are waiting for Tater to show up, you can hang out here: Windows Programming

Pah, who needs home run slang when you can have inappropriate poem boy (sans a poem)

Consoles can only go true fullscreen in 32-bit versions of Windows. You can programatically maximize them (ie so they cover more than half the desktop) by doing any of these: Maximizing the Console Window (Completely) « Just Let It Flow

Tater is short for this guy who frequently shares his Windows programming expertise.

You don't. Win7 no longer supports full screen DOS mode text.
