jpg and tif

hi to anyone, and sorry for my little english.
I have a windows service, where i extract some jpg image from a db, in jpg format.
My customers they want those data in TIF format saved on file system, but i don't know how to convert those kind of files.

I use vs2010 to deploy my applications

You need to find a conversion utility. Writing something like that in C is not what you want to do.
