    What command line argument must I use in my C program, to open a site, say "" in Internet Explorer?

    603 will need to know socket programming and include any necessary libraries that will aid in parsing HTTP content. If you are looking to make a system call, not wise, have you reviewed how curl or wget is used?

    Use system. If you're not familiar with using command-line arguments do a search for argc and argv.

    #include <stdlib.h>
    system("C:\\Program Files\\Internet Explorer\\iexplore.exe \"\"");
    Something like that.
