    Question Boot disk.

    To some of you this might be a dumb question, but is there any way to compile a C program onto a boot disk? So the program runs when the computer starts? Or do you need to use ASM?

    You mean like an autoexec.bat file, which just contains
    a:\myprog.exe

    Well sure, if you're making an OS...if you just want it to start when windows starts there's a miriad of ways...
