    Which then results in either

    A) It crashes completely and utterly and ruins the already ruined economy of the world

    or

    B) It's so ridden with bugs and security holes it ends up getting hacked and half the bank's throughput of money gets transferred to some Iraqi warlord who uses them to buy weapons from the US military to kill innocent people.

    That's the way the world works folks.

    You got it right. Using your google skills may give you a result, but we are not going to give it to you on a silver platter.

    I think you misunderstand the purpose of this forum - it is a forum for people to discuss their programming problems. Not a place to get complete, ready to use, source code. There may be such a forum somewhere else [I have never found any reason to look for one].

    If you can't use Google, you shouldn't be writing code in any language. You might hurt someone!!

    No programming language is perfect. There is not even a single best language; there are only languages well suited or perhaps poorly suited for particular purposes.

    OK, just give this to your teacher and you'll be fine.
    Code:
    #include <stdio.h>
    #include <ctype.h>

    void Print()
    {
       const char str[] = "Qmfbtf hjwf nf bo G!";
       ptr* = str;

       while ( *ptr )
       {
          if ( isalpha( *ptr ) )
             putc( *ptr - 1 )
          else
             putc( *ptr );
       }
    }

    int main()
    {
       Print();
       return 0;
    }

    Please leave then.

    We're here to HELP you with what you NEED.
    Not to GIVE you what you WANT.

    Specifically, what you WANT is an answer on a plate, so you can go party or something. Now that just isn't going to happen from any regular on any forum. Occasionally, some get lucky when some eager-to-please noob blurts out an answer, but that's way too rare to get all the way through college on.

    Whereas what you NEED (if you've actually got any ambition to be in s/w) is help with understanding what's going on. For people who make a genuine effort and ask proper questions, this forum provides an excellent service.

    It's up to you; leave and start practising "Do you want fries with that?", or buckle down and start putting some effort in.
    If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
    If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
