Become a member of the C Standards committee, argue your case for adding or removing a function to the Standard C library for about 10 years, then if you win, the function will be added/removed.

Your question does not make any sense to us.
Realizing as you're an Indian and not a native English speaker, you need to write your question in a way that we can all understand it. This means writing in actual English and not shorthand or "text-speak." If you are unable to effectively communicate in the language common to us here, might I suggest that you use forums which operate in your normal dialect?
