    Kernigan and Ritchie Book Question!

I know most people in here might have come across this book, anyhow i got a quick question. How much pages does this book have? I got a copy of 238 pages total with everything, but a friend said that wasnt complete, just want to check if he is right.

Umm by the way not all programs that or that book seem to be a hundred percent accurate, some have lil things u hav to modify in order for it to run right. Is it just my copy or is this correct?

Does it have a big red "ANSI-C" rubber stamp logo on it?
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

    Then it's an illegal copy.

That doesn't make it any less illegal. It also invalidates any claims about correctness we might make simply because there could be all kinds of errors born of the pirating process.

No, it would be more like me refusing to help a thief learn how to program with a stolen book.

    >not everyone follows legal processes these days
Yet most of them are smart enough not to openly say so and then proceed to mock the system because they feel immune to it.
