I have MinGw. Can I download only the libraries for windows (the ones that would be included with include windows.h) without downloading Visual Studio or DevC nor the like?

I downloaded MinGW by itself (without C::B or Dev-C++) and I haven't had any problems with missing libraries. Are you having difficulties or is this a pre-emptive question?
I thought it didn't have those libraries.
But it does. Sorry, I just had messed up the includes in a program :S
