When I type "C forum", "C tips" or "C", even +("C"), C++ keep showing up!

When I type "C forum", "C tips" or "C", even +("C"), C++ keep showing up!
Any suggestion how to search C topics in Google (or any other search engine)?
As Elysia indicated, preceding any word with a minus makes google exclude pages containing that word.
http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=...G=Search&meta=
(You can leave out the double quotes.)
