Just from my own personal experience, I had read many C books, online tutorials etc. But the Denis's Book on C was not very impressive to me. I think it may be, because of the reason that, I had already studied an excellent book by an Indian Author.
Let Us C - Yashwant Kanetkar ( this book may be a little old now)
So you can learn from online tutorials, they are always (supposed to be), updated.
