What's the difference from passing a int to char and a L L int to char?

Omg, this is so strange... i'm gona kill myself, i cant solve it any way..... :(

Produce a simple complete program which repeats the problem, then post it complete.
And say which OS/Compiler you're using.

Random snippets and "it doesn't work" are not helpful.
