You could have said, "Nice, I think you've discovered the Da Vinci code..." It's way more constructive than "nice." :D

Doesn't summer vacation (for those in school) start around May 23 or so (give or take a day)? Then again, in other places around the world, it could be different. I've only seen school gong on until May 28 at the very latest and May 22 at the very earliest.

What about June 20 and July 1? Some children have only 2 Months vacation...

Great idea. It can be classed as a forum development/idea so everyone'll ignore it.

Apparently they don't post here in masses about homework assignments during their winter. ;)

Yep, 100% agrees. In fact, I have to sit in the office from 8-4 during my summer.

May I ask High School or University?
If its High school, isn''t all of the people have exams at the end of June?
If is University, I am not sure about India, but most university in North america ends at the end of April.

I am just curious...

Yeah, it gets pretty hot here in Canada . . . and of course, pretty much the only snow in SA is in Johannassburg (I know that's not spelled correctly), and even then it's rare. This winter was a warm one for southern alberta, with a mere -25 being the coldest! :P

Most universities in North America finish between the end of April and mid-May.

Most high schools will finish between mid-May and the end of June.

At my university we had the last day of finals on the 25th of April. The last day of classes was a week before that.

In my high school we would normally finish on May 26th, but it is different all over the country.

Actually, I have to take it back, when I said university ends in end of april, about 80% of the students (including me) have to take classes in spring and summer semester (cuz we engineers can't fit all the courses in the 4-year fall/winter semester), but I don't know about other faculties though, they seem to be really full too.

screw engineering economics :( :(
