...is a stupid little game I thought of using this tool: http://tools.wikimedia.de/sixdeg/

The goal is to end up with the highest degrees of seperation. The only two rules are that you may only go up by 1 degree each time, and you cannot post twice in a row.

I'll start with 0 degrees :D
C++ to C++

To clarify you can go from anything to anything, have fun :cool:

C to C++

By the way, according to this, Angelina Jolie has 4 degrees of seperation to her father Jon Voigt. Go figure.

It would help if you spelled his name right. Angelina Jolie : Jon Voight :: 1 degree

warmongering : peanut butter :: 4 degrees
fractals : warmongering :: 6 degrees

Man, I love/hate internet time wasters.

Well, it couldn't find a path from "anther" (a part of a flower) to "opengl". I guess I was just asking for it, though. :D

Good call, Decrypt. Though, I have frequently seen it spelled as Jon Voigt.

Anyway, based on your answers, it appears you don't quite get the rules of this game... and even though noone has yet to do the 2 degrees after my one degree, two people have still posted. There for, I can answer. :D

Me too. I had to check a few different places to find the right spelling.

Anyway, based on your answers, it appears you don't quite get the rules of this game..
Which is why I love/hate internet time wasters. I just go nuts for awhile, with no regard for rules, time limits, prior (and clearly more important) responsibilities...

I am such a nerd.

Decrypt : Mad Cow :: 6

and before anyone else gets to it,
Decrypt : pathetic :: 6
pathetic : Decrypt :: 6
finally, and most revealing,
Decrypt : excellent :: no route after 10 degrees found.
I think that means I win. lose. whatever.

There's no "good code" article in Wikipedia. Both items have to be articles in Wikipedia.
