My high school issues everbody an iBook G4(yay!). I can't find a free compiler for mac anyone wanna help me out?

Wow thanks, I'm sorry but it wasn't my decision. Some people argue that macs are better here. I'm a fan of windows just because I have a PC could you tell me some of the advantages and maybe the name of a c++ compiler for mac?

I'll give you a name, you can go look for it on the internet to see if it is what you want (or if it's really even free and compatible).

Forgive my ignorance, but isn't GCC and XCode included with the Mac OS?

Gcc being the compiler of course, and XCode the IDE/tools to accompany it.
