Has anyone here ever taken the Computer Science A AP test? If so, are there any useful sites (besides the college board one) out there that prepare you for it? I know a lot about C++ already, but I want to get a feel for what kind of questions they're going to ask and what kind of programs I'm going to have to make. Thanks in advance.

this should really be in General Discussions.

but, I'm taking AB this year, not sure how far they go with A. But as for the free response, they won't ask you to write a whole program, just functions that are part of a class, for example.

best of luck with the exam!

check the thread "AP Physics B" in GD for a link.

On the AB do they make you write whole programs?

I really, really hope I do well.

I really, really hope I do well. not that I know of. I've only run into writing fxns for classes and the like in practice tests.

Nope, the only difference between A and AB is that AB covers more ground.
