There was a thread a while back, (here (http://cboard.cprogramming.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=33208)), which discussed cars, I think I'd like to take one of these (http://www.moller.com/skycar/m400/) for a test run.

Check out the videos, and place your order now.

That's almomst as much as a Ferrarir Enzo F6 costs($1 million). The engine has nice output though. Only thing I've seen similar was a 640 hp output Merlin 540 land engine.

Oh yeah, that's right. *slaps forehead*

Yeah I read an articale about those in Popular Science - that'd be fun to do flyby's of commercial jets with!

seems way to unstable of a vehicle not to have a license, and i mean, youre sharing the skies w/2000 commercial planes...no way they'll let us just go crusin

04-05-2003, 03:32 PM
i say me and alpha steal it, fly it to adrians house, park it on his lawn with a gift bow on it, ring his door bell and run. After he gets in it we call the FBI or whatever and tell em we got the robber and collect our huge cash reward!

04-05-2003, 03:34 PM
LMAO yeah, and if the cops catch YOU stealing it, they'll have nothing on you, sky chopper 5 (the one that always ends up on Worlds most retarded criminal) cant fly that high or fast, you'll totally get away clean

04-05-2003, 03:41 PM
they wont catch me, im running on taco bell, and everyone knows taco bell makes u l337

04-05-2003, 04:03 PM
Ah, yes. I know that vehicle, it is actually quite an old idea. I remember seeing it, I believe 7 years ago. Back then it was just an idea, and they said they had planned for it to be on the market by 2010. Then I remember them saying something about traffic control when flying, so they decided to make virtual highways that you saw on a monitor. It was a cool idea, I hope it comes true! Imagine commercial airliners going out of business.. :)

edit: I think that some movies in 2006 or so will likely use this vehicle as some producers would likely love a scene with a vehicle like that.

reasons , why you shouldnt buy flying car.

04-05-2003, 05:33 PM
It says guaranteed performance is 25mpg...is that miles per gallon? How is that possible? wtf

Um, even if it were safe (would you get in a flying machine whose piloting system runs on Windows?) there are problems here:

Extremely irrelevant info for the rest of you below...

I really wish I could get a Nissan 200sx SE-R. Those cars have decent hp (140) for that type of car. They can get good speed, though, because of their light weight. They, also, have a stylish look. However, most importantly they are at a nice price. Plus it's a Nissan so it's going to run better than most domestic will. I was about to buy a 95 for $2500 (yes, I'm in high school trying to buy a car by myself so my funds are limited), but the car was already sold. I was very dissapointed. The exhaust already had headers on it and everything...arrrrgggghhhhh

Well he was like "what would u do for a flying car"? and then he was like would u do this or this or this etc. One of em was would u have sex with a man for the flying car or some crap. He bugged him for 95% of the skit and then the other guy was like " yea i'd have sex with him for the car as long as it was real and i could use it"....

so the other guy is like staring at him and says "you sick $$$$ its just a flying car......god your sick man"

its pretty good.

LMAO, thats funny, i still dont remember that from clerks, oh well, still funny though, "its just a flying car"

04-05-2003, 06:56 PM
maybe it was a skit, i'll see if i can get it uploaded tommorow on my buddies line.
