Have a look at this:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/2545487.stm

It's utterly disgusting, it makes me so angry!! Why on earth would anyone do that to another human being?! I just can't believe there are people walking down the high street with the mental capability of carrying out something like this.

What makes me even more angry is that the socialists and psychologists will claim it's not the perpetrators' fault. It is somehow the responsibility of society, that they had a deprived childhood and a poor upbringing so therefore they aren't entirely to blame.......rubbish!! Consequently they will, if caught and found guilty, be given a lenient sentence. Maybe 10 years or so, part of which might be in a psychiatric institute. And then what? That's right.....released back into society!! It's a disgrace!!

I'm glad I live in the US - our motiveless crimes usually just involve guns.

I'm surprised they haven't tried to blame it on television or video games or something.

WOW, some teenagers are so fricken (am I allowed to use that?) dumb these days. Dont they know when enough is enough? Are we going to have to not allow them to use the internet, watch tv, and play video games, so they cant see any pranks like this to pull!

Their imaginations are just as boring as Homer's. Remember the donkey and flies zipping around its head. Thats what children will think of when they have no tv, net and games! ....maybe

Speaking of blaming stuff on tv and games, I guess the NFL is mad about the "rough" tackling in their football games and they want to "ensure that violence isn't being advocated in the virtual stadium." I guess it's because of all the fines they've had to hand out recently to the players. It's on the MSN homepage.

the punishment SHOULD fit the crime
too bad it won't.

Anyone who denies the existence of evil better think twice now. That is just plain evil to do that to someone...it makes me sick to the stomach.

No, at the time of the article he was critically ill in hospital. Now he is dead.

What?! I know what the darwin awards is and I fail to see the correlation between them and someone being burnt to death by a gang of thugs. You are twisted.

The title of the article is "Man dies after being set alight"...

Yeah, but the darwinawards are for morons that have killed themselves. Somehow I don't think that Mr. Trotter did anything to bring this on himself.

Geez, people like that make me sick, who would do something like that? We had something kind of similar happen in my home town a couple of years ago. A couple of kid punks thought it would be funny if they rode their bikes past an old lady in the park and push her down a hill. She died of course and they never caught the kids...

Ah yes so it is, thanks. They obviously kept the URL and updated the story, it wasn't the same yesterday. I didn't read the updated story on the web. Just in the paper today.

i live in a crazy assed town. i was walking across the road on a crosswalk, and this mad lady speeds up and alost hits me with her HUGE ASSED SUV!!! im glad i survived, though something tells me that Klinerr wouldn;t have minded being me and standing there!

Accidents happen, there there are times where those are not acciendent.

nobody is safe in the world. EVER! its the hard truth. you could be eating chicken on night and you could choke and suffocate and die! all in a matter of minutes.

this man died, was on purpose by some dumb-assed teenages who probably just got dumped by their girlfirned and got a bad report card or something.

still, video games, in my mind, help me releive alot of anger. i just whip out a shotgun in turok and blast the heads off of living "sprites" instead of doing it to real people. it releaves alot of anger for me. but then again, there are those "select few" who think its not a game and you can do it legally in real life if you "play" secret angent :(
