Any freebees out there? I found one, ProxyDesigner. Very basic and I'm thinking that it just won't do. what have you guys tried?

Any question that has the theme of "where can I find..." is going to be a prime target for the google answer. There's nothing wrong with that, google is a very powerful tool.
