It doesn't get any lamer than this :: about:blank ...had both Yahoo! and Google for a while, but then started doing a bunch of things off-line, so... had my own local page on for some time... now just this :)

Blank is the best.

Blanc is not the best... I have mine to custom made with ALL the links I may visit, made it with frontpage and saved it at my computer and linked it from there, its as fast as blank but with all my useful links :D

No idea... I don't use the home button ;) Got fed up with various apps I installed trying to be clever and update my home to their own URL's, so I thought sod 'em, I won't bother anymore! :D

Why not get the google toolbar plug-in, it negates the point of having it as a home page, and is well useful (imho). :)

Guess what? I have the toolbar and the home page set. :)
As soon as you leave google's site, the toolbar comes handy.

There was this time I had it set to the excellent www.winfiles.com. But that was long ago. Before CNet bought it and trashed it. The Shareware Download Sites Purge of the end 90's. :(

Well it looks like Google is the most popular homepage so far.
I have to admit it is a great search engine!

At home I have: blank.
At work I have: www.geometry.net.

And yes, Google is also my favourite search engine.

Mine doesn't open to any page.

One of the many pleasures of using Opera, I have the program open with no windows, that way, I chose where I want to start, be it CProg. or Falshdaddee, google or any place else.

my hompage is custom made, its just a list of links that i commonly go to. I used to use About:blank so my browser and homepage woudl load quickly, so i could then choose a favorite, utb this way is better.

I used to have a custom homepage... Until I deleted the site it was on.
I would use the google toolbar but I have yet to get around to downloading it. :)
