Hey guys,

I've just had my exams, and i've been just totally dipped in my studies for the last 5 months. I've lost pretty much health. My hair had started falling and i've grown pretty thin. I consulted a skin-specialist for the hair thing. But, i want to gain some weight now...

Any ideas/tips ? Any body-builders out there ? Give me some good and fast advice...

Also I want to increase my height ? Any good method...I'm almost 18...

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED...THANX IN ADVANCE

it's really easy to gain weight, just do nothing except sit in front of your computer and constantly eat donuts.

Is that a joke? If not, try getting your hands on a rack, one of those medieval torture methods, that may be able to stretch you a few inches...

Try getting your hands on HGH (human growth hormone). There are some nasty side-effects though.

You can get a cosmetic extension for everything these days including your legs.

Weight gain, try honey on everything. Good anti microbial properties as well

Burger King, Not only one of the most unhealthy ways to gain weight, but one of the yummiest.

Eat sensibly, exercise plenty, keep your fluid level up.

Forget hormones/supplements, they generally either don't work, (there is a big industry selling quack fixes for just about everything), or have harmful side effects.

If you have not changed your daily habits and eating patterns, a sudden change in body weight may well indicate a doctor visit. Could be a number of conditions ranging from trivial, (worm infestation for example), to diabetes, liver complaints and so on.

As for height, unless you want to go in for some really extreme and costly treatment, I'm afraid you get what you get.

Good luck.

Well if you are that upset over your appearance, then perhaps speaking to a psychologist might be in order. If you are dealing with some kind of buried emotional stress, it could well have been responsible for your weight changes.

Hopefully that was a bad joke...

anyhow, I used to be fat as hell, but then I started working out regularly and eating right and now I'm 146, 5'11'', and pretty nicely built...

Just eat right, if you wanna gain weight try weight gain stuff, and work out every other day.

If you're thinking about suicide, than you ARE WEAK. Beside that, read the signature.
