I "almost" got another trojan.
I restarted the computer in the middle of the download.

Action:
ctrl+alt+delete twice really fast in a row.

Q:
Do you wish to resume the download before shutting down?

A:
No. :D

I was checking my mail, went to delete a message I didn't care for ( hm, i wonder ) and I saw the pretty little file copying dialog box come up.
I forced it to stop pretty much.
I clicked on it, then deleted it immediately ( it got sent to my deleted items folder ), now, since I clicked on it, it downloaded.
I restarted, force restarted immediately after...the close programs box came up, interupting the file transfer dialog box, asking me if I wanted to shut down / restart before the download was finished.

I canceled the download, restarted, went back into my mail program, and exited.
( I have the program set to deleted messages out of the deleted items folder automatically when exiting )

Click on it, send it to deleted folder by hitting deleted button on keyboard.
Ctrl+alt+delete twince in a row really fast.
Do you wish to resume download before restarting?
No.

What program do you use to check your mail? Outlook I assume? Turn off the preview pane. Now you can click on messages without the virii infecting your computer. (Single click)

Ahh, thank you DC, I could never figure that out.
I don't use outlook all the much for anything, so if I see something suspicious, I just don't touch it.

I have outlook as tweaked out as I'll get it now..
