Is it possible to create a usb network? Something similar to this:

USB -> USB HUB -> USB

Also, with ethernet networks can you get lan cards and hubs compatible with windows 95, 98, & ME?

You can also STFW (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Ethernet+adapters+windows) or swing by your local computer store and ask for network cards that support Windows.
