Does any of you know where I can find a free GNAT (ADA compiler) for windows?

This is what I use. adagide as the IDE and gnat is the compiler.
Here's an ftp site: (careful, they are large downloads)
ftp://ftp.cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat/3.13p/winnt/

you might look up the tree for a newer version. I think I saw a 3.14p.

You might try here for some info too.

Got it! Do you know if there's an IDE that can be used with it? I've heard that there's Emacs for windows (Emacs... *shutter* :))

www.thefreecountry.com/developercity/

There's a place with free Ada compilers for Windows in that city.

I just use adagide6.26 with the 3.13 compiler. Works fine for me. Install the compiler and then run the adagide setup and you should be fine. It's a basic IDE but it gets the job done.

Here's the AdaGIDE website:
