No there is a game, it takes a little while to load so you need to wait about a minute for it to
load, might look like just some ads at first.

    Works fine for me.
Do you have java or java script blocked?
Mind you I doubt you would have seen the play button if so.

    Does it say:-
    'Play'
    'Credits'
    'More games'

and 'Spin the Black Circle' above that?

'Play' should 'light up' when your roll your pointer over it, then click it to start.

As I said, very little happened. My browser only accepts signed ActiveX controls (if this happens to be a strange one), but I've not had issues with flash until now. My version of Flash is current; JavaScript is on.

Perhaps you aren't running your computer as securely as I'd prefer, but I honestly doubt it's just my problem. I've settings I believe most people would expect on the Web.

Well maybe my computer is not as secure as you would prefer but you have to have a trade
off between being able to use a computer and having it secure.
I use Firefox and I block anything which is not necessary.
If I forbid java I would not even see the picture in your post.

Lots of other people can use that site with no problems:-

Thats one of the hardest levels by the way (second to last), if you think it looks easy you should try it!!! You will probably give up a long time before you get that far if you
    ever get it to work.

Anyway it worked for me with IE, with security set to medium high (normaaly used medium)
Try clicking it *twice*. (Once to activate it).

My computer won't aaccept unsigned activeX either
