    Microsoft vs. Google, Round 2

Microsoft attempts takeover on Yahoo. 62% over last Thursday closing share. They mean business this time.

    You think this is it?

It actually lacks expletives in my opinion. Particularly the bit about Exxon.

But I think he fails to comment on the crux of this takeover. Advertisement $$$. That's what Microsoft is after. Particularly after DoubleClick scandalous pants-down-and-bend-over with Google.

What I find entertaining about this deal is Microsoft paying ridiculous amounts of money to basically shutdown Yahoo and scrap what little was left by Google.
