    FREE University Lectures

http://lecturefox.com/ has a number of them listed, from several major universities.

When looking at the lecture on the University's site, check, I know that Lecturefox doesn't list all 1800 MIT courses available.

Subjects do include programming, computer sciences, physics, mathematics, philisophy....

There are a lot of them that can help any of us to improve our skills programming in general, or even on a specific project where we are dealing with a very specialised field of knowledge.

One of my professors was just talking about this actually. All of MITs courses are available online for free.

Yup David, but I looked at a course offered by both MIT and Berkley, same content, but the MIT course required Matlab while the Berkley course didn't. Neither can be used as credit for a degree, but why would I go spend $100.00 US to get Matlab for the MIT version?

This is one of the reasons that lecturefox is useful, it will have links to more than one campus so you can actually get the course free as was intended.
