Way to sidestep that one... Why would you refer to a card game (implicitly, mind you) in the middle of a post regarding video games?

You are correct that there is very little grey area here, but you are mistaken as to the implication of that statement.
Thanks for agreeing with me? I've already said that America's Army was a First Person Shooter... the only remark I had for you was that I disagreed with the means of rebutting his point, not the goal of the rebuttal. ... and by the way, nothing in this debate is factual; It's purely opinionated. There for, any argumental fallacies are completely fair game when it comes to making a point. However, if you want to argue that, I might as well mention that you attempted to appeal to the masses in one of your previous posts.

If you were, in fact, referring to the Pokemon playing card game and you would agree that the hand-held video game is, in fact, an RPG... then I don't even know why you're arguing. It appears our definition of an RPG wouldn't differ too much.

It was a yin-yang slammer, so it was both infinitely large and small.

Okay, so AA isn't a RPG my bad. I suppose Enemy Territory isn't an RPG also?

    Nope, just another shooter.

Honestly, your definition of RPG was very broad... I didn't like abachler's point with the Pokemon Trading Card Game, but certainly by your definition any modern sports game would fit your definition of an RPG. In Madden 2008, you play the role of a football player (or several football players, or a coach), you have stats (which affect your performance)... it's even pretty close to my definition, the only difference being the lack of plot and the reqirement of skills to progression.
