I have been using this forum for the last year and a half and have noticed that a lot more of the threads are people demanding answers and not taking the time to look for it there self. This is a great site and it has helped me grow as a programmer and I also help a few on the way. Just to get it out there. People don't like to help people who won't put effort. Go to the library, look in books, use search engines, it is all out there. You will never learn anything if you always have the answers handed to you. Also a lot of the time in your searches you will find answers to other questions that have been plaguing you or even resources for future problems. Also use the FAQ and/or the tutorial.
