How come Signatures don't work in this site?

It seems the admins disabled signatures, why? I see some with signatures, are they somehow special? So what is the problem?

Who cares? Why are signatures so important?
There are 10 types of people in this world, those who cringed when reading the beginning of this sentence and those who salivated to how superior they are for understanding something as simple as binary.

I think that's just a limitation on people with less than 10 posts. Or am I thinking of something else?

I care... if you don't, then it's cause you don't know how valuable they are. :P

I vaguely recall something along those lines. It doesn't make much sense to me though.

This is exactly the thing I expect from "big signature" companies like Cboard.

I guess the "problem" is there to stop people just signing up to cause trouble. For instance spamming members by PM or perhaps posting anti-establishment slogans in their signatures like "down with the webmaster" or "Kermi3 will never take away our freedom".

It's generally accepted that 5-7 posts on the General Discussions board can anaesthetize such sentiments and make good citizens of us all.
