You may miss out on extra settings, like registry entries for Windows. You also may have settings saved in the program files from the computer it was on that may not be appropriate for the computer you're transferring it to.
if we run the game which is "Copy of installation" then, it takes more space in memory (on rum time) OR less memory Then Run The Original Game???????
Assuming you didn't break anything (like missing files and such), then it should take the same amount of memory. What kind of a question is this?
A copy of an installation is the files that are installed on the original system. There may be OTHER parts of the installation, such as registry entries, outside file checks (e.g. check that xxx.dll is the right version), files installed based on capabilities of the system (on an SSE system, install the SSE version of a DLL, but if the system doesn't support SSE, install an SSE-less alternative, or if the system has DX10-capable graphcis card, install the advanced version of the graphics).
Of course, the only reason why anyone would want to copy the files alone is when they don't have the original disks - and most of those cases are pirate copying, which I don't condone.

matsp , yes may be you are absolutely rite.
in installing a program.. there is a copy of some dll file in it.
if you are copying that program and your system ( operating system ) doesnot accept the version of dll file that include it , then that program doesn't work properly.
That holds especially true with Windows Vista's, Game/Graphic rank thingy mabob. It decides if it'll let you run the game, and how or something. Which probably won't work if the game isn't installed or whatever
But the game could also write a few files (outside of it's root directory), and then you go to "uninstall" the game, but instead you merely delete the folder - and you've got clutter left on your PC - you'd have to track it down and remove it
